The Villas are located just across the road from the Heritage Hotel and as a guest of one the Villas you will enjoy all of the benefits and facilities that the hotel has to offer.

Each Villa comes with a carefully integrated interior package. This incorporates luxurious furniture and a home theatre system. Carpets are 100% New Zealand wool. The timber floors are polished tongue and groove. The tiles are porcelain. Double glazing ensures the cold stays out and external noises are muted.

The ground level features open plan living, dining and culinary areas. Interiors are a combination of modern and timeless styles featuring a magnificent schist fireplace, rich jarrah staircase, halogen lighting, underfloor heating, granite bench tops and warm colour schemes. • The Heritage Villas are located half way up fernhill directly across the road from the Heritage Hotel, about 2km from the town centre. It is about a 20 minute uphill walk from town or $5 in a taxi.

The Heritage Hotel combines a north american style of decor with real kiwi charm and service. It has excellent facilities and views of the lake and mountains from most rooms and is considered one of the most luxurious hotels in Queenstown. Suits anyone who wants a little bit more form their accommodation. The 3 bedroom Villas are stunning and offer plenty of space with all the mod cons and amazing lake and mountain views.
