Description
This spectacular trip provides breath-taking elevated alpine views over the entire Queenstown basin, lakes, and surrounding mountains. Take in this stunning 'Lord of the Rings' film location, whilst stopping to feed the deer, goats, sheep, ducks, pigs, buffalo, llamas and highland cattle.
Trip Includes
- Transport from your Queenstown accommodation.
- 2 hr return trip to Deer Park heights to view and feed the various animals.

- Pick up from your hotel or central Queenstown.
Other Information
- You can bring a couple of extra 1 dollar coins to slot into the feeding barrells to get food pellets to feed the animals.
- Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty as some of the animals such as the goats may jump up!
- Have lots of spare film or memory cards - you will end up taking lots of pictures.
- Bring sunscreen and a hat / or warm jacket as the Park is very open with not much shelter.
