From Glenorchy our Land Rover adventure will take you off road into the heart of the golden Rees Valley, while your driver combines yarns of history & legend, with a real 4 x 4 experience.
The small settlement of Glenorchy sits on the far Northern shore of Lake Wakatipu and holds a passage into Mt Aspiring National Park, as well as a way into the magical land of Middle Earth featured in the epic movie The Lord of the Rings.
Your 4 wheel drive journey will follow the braided Rees river to the spectacular Lennox Falls. Here you will have the time to explore the enchanting waterfall while your guide boils the billy for a welcome cup of tea.
