Description

Enter a new world - through the walls of an old world where water and time have etched this ancient canyon fed by Lake Isobel. Hidden by a cloak of native beech forest, a truly spectacular geological wonder takes place; a canyon like no other, what's more, its only 10 minutes from Queenstown. We zip over the gorge, descend down the rocks, plunge into pools, cascade through water chutes and swim narrow passageways - all in a spectacular wilderness setting.

All you require is a willingness to try things new and a desire to explore. No canyoning or abseiling skills are necessary. A gentle, ten minute walk through native bush takes you to the beginning of your Canyoning Experience.

Trip Includes

• Return transfers from central Queenstown.
• 2hrs canyoning.
• We supply all equipment.

Duration

• Allow 3.5hrs round trip from Queenstown

Departures

• 9am and 1.30pm (December - March)
• 11am (Oct & Nov)
• Pick up from your hotel or central Queenstown.

• Minimum age is 12 years
• Please bring swimwear and a towel
• All other equipment is provided
