Helicopter Flight - Glacier Landing

Hi there. Do you arrange for pick ups from Arrowtown - where I am likely to be staying?

If it turns out that I'm the only person booked for a particular flight (time and day) do you still fly with one passenger?
I will have limited time in the Q/town area.

How far in advance does it pay to book?

How long do you get to spend on the Glacier. and is there any hiking up on.
