Paragliding - Coronet Peak Tandems

About

Description

Operated from the Coronet Peak Ski Field which has the highest take off of the 3 main paragliding sites in Queenstown. A total alpine experience.

In winter the ski lifts allow access to the 5400ft snow take off from the summit of Coronet Peak and in the summer you can fly from the 3800ft altitude launch point.

Flying above the Wakatipu Basin in Queenstown, you can enjoy fantastic views on your parapente flight of a lifetime. Launch from a remote site and travel a distance of approximately 5km across farmland and scattered houses of the Wakatipu basin before landing at our purpose built landing zone.

Coronet Peak Tandems has successfully flown more than 30,000 passengers. Their experienced team is fronted by Angus Tapper, 4 times New Zealand Paragliding Champion, who also has more than 3000 hours of commercial aircraft flying.
All flights are tailored to your needs. Have a relaxing scenic flight or an adrenalin pumping joy ride.
