Yes the $99 adult price for the Real NZ Jet boating in Queenstown is valid for any time of the day. When you book online you will need to specify an exact date and time however if you prefer to book an open dated gift voucher that you can use at a later date then you can do so by clicking on the 'Book Now' button and clicking 'I want this to be an open dated gift voucher' that is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
