These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Everything New Zealand websites found at www.everythingnewzealand.com and www.everythingqueenstown.com. In addition, the Big Red Group Privacy Policy applies to your use of these websites.
These terms and conditions specifically refer to the following products and services which may be purchased or accessed via our websites:
Experience Vouchers, Gift Vouchers
Experience Voucher – an Everything New Zealand voucher for a specific experience.
Tickets – a ticket, pass or coupon to gain entry to a park, attraction, tour, show or event.
Gift Voucher – an Everything New Zealand voucher with a dollar value that can be used as currency to purchase from the Everything New Zealand and Everything Queenstown websites.
Bookings – an instant booking on the Everything New Zealand & Everything Queenstown website regardless of payment type
Throughout these terms and conditions, the above products and services are collectively referred to as ‘Everything New Zealand Products'.
1. Making a Purchase
When you purchase and/or use an Everything New Zealand product, by clicking “Process My Booking”, you become legally bound by these terms and conditions and the Big Red Group Privacy Policy. Please do not proceed to purchase/use your Everything New Zealand product until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
When you make a purchase on behalf of another individual (such as purchasing an experience or gift voucher for them) and you provide us with their personal information, you warrant that you are authorised to provide us with that personal information and that we are able to use that personal information for the purposes as set out in our privacy policy. This would include, for example, using their email address to undertake delivery of the purchase.
If you have any queries, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist.
Contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected]
2. Booking Cancellations
Our experience providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow. Please refer to the cancellation terms section on the product description page for the policy specific to your chosen experience. In the case of cancellations by you or if you fail to show at the booked time or day, you may lose your voucher completely if the Experience Provider is unable to fill your space on the day. If an Experience Provider needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be offered to reschedule to a convenient alternative date, or provided with a credit from the supplier. In the event of multiple experience cancellations by the Experience Provider or if the Experience Provider cannot reschedule within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights (see below). Except as required by your statutory consumer guarantee rights, Everything New Zealand will not reimburse any travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in the event of a cancellation.
In all other circumstances, cancelling a booking with Everything New Zealand can result in cancellation fees being applied by Everything New Zealand, as outlined below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier/operator (see your Everything New Zealand Voucher for specific details). When cancelling any booking you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees.
If a booking is cancelled by 'The Experience Provider' and you are unable to reschedule please contact us. Explain the reason for the cancellation and the person you spoke to and if possible, your voucher number. We will then offer you a 100% credit so you can realise this tour at a later date or use it towards the cost of another experience offered on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us to discuss further action in line with our change and cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule, change or cancel your booking you will need to contact us (Everything New Zealand) so we can first get authorization to do so from the respective Experience Provider.
If you cancel your booking, then you will need to contact us to request a credit. All credits are entirely at the discretion of Everything New Zealand. We recommend purchasing Change & Cancellation Protection to protect your booking. (see point 3 below)
If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, then no credit will be given.
'No shows' on the day of your activity will result in you being charged a 100% cancellation fee.
The Experience Provider reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient numbers or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In this instance, you can choose to reschedule directly with The Experience Provider or request a credit from Everything New Zealand.
Guarantees and Warranties required by law
You should contact Everything New Zealand with any issues with a product or experience voucher purchased through Everything New Zealand. Upon receiving your query, Everything New Zealand will contact the supplier or Experience Provider to endeavour to resolve the issue on your behalf. If your issue cannot be resolved, we will provide you a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights and these terms and conditions.
In particular:
- In respect of services, it is the independent Experience Providers who provide the experience to you following the redemption of an experience voucher (see section 9). You will be entitled to a refund in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights if there is a major failure with the Experience Provider not providing the experience with due skill and care, not providing the experience within a reasonable period of time within the validity period, or with the experience not being fit for the purpose described at the point of sale.
Please note that refunds can only be processed back to the original purchaser.
3. Change & Cancellation Protection (CCP)
CCP provides flexibility and peace of mind and will protect you if you change your mind or need to cancel a booking for any reason. As long as you contact us no less than 72 hours prior to the departure time of the specified activity we will allow you to change the time or date of departure for no additional cost. Or you cancel your booking all together and receive a 100% credit for use toward another tour booking or a refund back to your credit card with a 25% administration fee.
CCP is not travel insurance. The Everything Travel Group do not take any responsibility or cover for any out of pocket expenses caused before, during or after travel. CCP is limited only to the value of activities booked & paid for via the Everything Travel Group website at the same time CCP was purchased.
CCP is only available prior to completion of your transaction and can not be purchased retrospectively.
CCP is non refundable.
Please note, as mentioned above, some experience providers have their own cancellation policies which extend beyond the Everything New Zealand 72 hour change and cancellation period. These include but are not limited to:
- Real NZ Milford Sound overnight and Doubtful sound overnight cruises require a minimum of 30 days notice for changes or cancellations to be considered otherwise a 100% cancellation fee applies.

However, if you choose an experience of higher value, you will be required and prompted to pay the difference. Additionally, if the new experience chosen is of lesser value, any remaining balance will be held on that voucher for use at a future date.
The value of your voucher that becomes available does not include any delivery or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase.
Booking Requests
Availability via booking requests can take between 2-4 hours to be confirmed or denied. Make sure to allow for this in your plans.

Transaction fees vary dependent on the payment method chosen.
If transaction fees apply, the transaction fees charged will be clearly displayed to Everything New Zealand customers at the time of purchase.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, products may be incorrectly displayed on our website at a price that is lower than the correct price. Where there is such a manifest error, we will notify you of the error as soon as possible to provide you with the option of purchasing the product at the correct price. In the event that you do not wish to pay the correct price, we reserve our rights to cancel your order, in which case we will refund you any payments that you have made to us in respect of that product.
