Mountain Biking in Queenstown

The abundant rugged trails in Queenstown, including the famous trails at Cardrona Alpine Resort, are just begging to be explored on a mountain bike. You can hire regular hardtail bikes or e-bikes to explore the more gentle trails from Going Blue or Around the Basin. During the summer months from December to early-March, you may also like to take on downhill mountain biking or mountain carting at Cardrona Alpine Resort, where you can ride down specially built down hill tracks. Alternatively, try heli biking, which will take you via helicopter to the top of an out of the way single bike track.
