In the heart of Queenstown lies New Zealand's scariest haunted house. Fear Factory will get your heart racing and your spine tingling as you navigate the dark hallways on your very own real life horror experience. The story goes that tormented souls still walk the passages of the Lockhart Hotel, ready to terrify its guests. Are you brave enough to walk through the big red door to meet them or will you be shouting "chicken" in a bid to escape?!

- Please wear closed toe footwear
- Open 7 days a week. Open from 2pm - 10pm,
- Photographs are not allowed to be taken during your visit but can be purchased after the experience
- If you are affected by any medical conditions such as epilepsy, back injuries, high blood pressure etc please notify staff. These conditions may not prohibit you from taking part in the experience but it is best for staff to be aware of any issues or medical concerns you may have
- It is at parents discretion as to whether or not this activity is appropriate for their children
- Minimum age is 7 years old
- Under 15’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- If at any time during your experience you wish to leave just stop & scream “CHICKEN!”, you will be taken directly to the exit, no refunds for an early exit
