To clarify, I would prefer to join a tour bus than hire a car. So I’m wondering if any tours stop off at Puzzleworld (from Queenstown in January).

Hi Lisa, Many shuttle buses run frequent services from Queenstown to/from Wanaka – we recommend the carriers listed here www.puzzlingworld.co.nz/contact/ They will also be able to drop off (and possibly collect you) at our business, 2km from Wanaka Otherwise - NZ Transfers & Tours Ltd offer QT Day Trips includes us in their itinerary,

Is there a map that I can look at to see where everything is?

Hi Emily. No there isn't any map but it is all in the same area and not very spread out. The maze is just next to the building with all the other activities. If you click on the following link you may get more of an idea of how it is Puzzling World Wanaka

Hi Emily, a map is provided within the entry leaflet on arrival and you'll find one online by clicking the COMBO link on their website. Otherwise, all area in the business are clearly signposted.

Hi Andrea. Yes, family passes are available to buy on-site: 2 adults + 2 children (5-15yrs) = $61. 2 adults + 3 children = $68.
