Hi I was wondering what time the wall started and when one would be bald in Queenstown?
Thanks
Can you please advise the length of time actually on the snow and the time that you are usually returned to Queenstown. I would also be interested in knowing the route, does the walk go to Lake Alta and Wye Pass.
Thanks for your help

We are planning a couple nights in Queenstown this July. I will be 6 months pregnant then and would like to know if you have ever had pregnant woman do the 2 hour walk?(4 hr tour) I did a few snow walks(no snows@&~&s) during my first pregnancy on a trip to Canada(5 months then) and have a very strong base fitness. I'm just looking to get out in the snow and thought snows@&~&ing could work. If you don't feel where you take your tours will suit, could you recommend any other locations?
Just wondering if you would need to wear snow pants for this?
As a friend only has jeans

Hi Samantha, you just need to dress warmly as overpants and a jacket are provided to keep you dry. Layer up and enjoy :) Warm regards, Sally

Hi..I will be traveling with family group and will have a 5 yr old child and my mother who is reasonably fit but sometimes limited by osteoarthritis on walking up steps. Would the trail be suitable for them? Cheers
Comments
Hi Shareen. Yes as long as everyone in the group can walk then they can snowshoe. Children are welcome however they must be old enough and have the fitness to walk for several hours. The trips can be tailor made to suit your needs.

Hi Paul. Thanks so much for your enquiry about the Snows!^~&ing with Basecamp Adventures. This activity usually involves around 2.5 - 3hrs actually on the snow. With regards to the route, it does change with conditions so they are not set. However, with the peaks that are reached, these often pass Lake Alta.
