Everything New Zealand..WOW! My trip to Queenstown, I had booked in the Onsen Pools but was then unable to go with the times available, they then recommended me other options to which I was interested in doing the Quad biking but unfortunately due to the weather circumstances it was 50/50 on, to which they then again provided me with more options and we settled for the Nevis Swing! Very glad in the end I booked this activity as it was absolutely awesome! Throughout everything Everything New Zealand was super patient, helpful and answered all my enquires. Responses were quick! They definitely made me feel well looked after and catered to as a customer. Def will be booking in with them again, an awesome team 🙌🏽

Hiya Namitha, Thanks so much for your question regarding the Charity Onsen Hot Pools. Unfortunately, they do not offer transport for the charity onsen so the best way to get out there would be to self-drive or catch a taxi out there. It's about a 15-minute drive from Central Queenstown

Hi! Thanks for your question about the stunning Onsen hot pools charity pool! The availability is released on Monday morning- there is no set time so make sure you keep an eye on the website!

I tried to book in was super excited and came here to view today and was sold out by any chance can I have it booked please for 8.30am
Unfortunately, If the website says sold out then you have missed out on the Charity pools for this week. They are released on a Monday morning (NZ time) for the following Monday to Sunday. There is only 1 pool per day at the discounted rate. Best of luck for the next release!

Thank you for your question about the Onsen Charity Outdoor Hot Pool. The charity pool is $50 NZD for the pool which can have up to 4 people max. No, you not able to choose the time, the is allocated by Onsen Hot Pools, the timeframe is between 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM and is confirmed upon booking.
It says 4 adults but we r 2 adults and 2 kids so is it ok to book with 4 adults

Thank you so much for your enquiry. Yes, children 5 years and over are allowed in the Onsen Hot Pool and you will just have to select 4 adults when booking the Charity Onsen Pool.

There is no complimentary shuttle service available for the Onsen Charity Outdoor Hot Pool. Please check-in at Onsen Hot Pools in Arthurs Point (7 km drive from Queenstown) 15 minutes prior to your session.
