Join the ultimate guided snow tour in New Zealand. Haka Tours takes you to the best South Island ski resorts and club fields on a 12 day tour. You will visit the most popular resorts as well as off the beaten track club fields. The tour covers eleven mountains: The Remarkables, Coronet Peak, Porters, Cardrona, Ohau, Treble Cone, Roundhill, Broken River, Mt Olympus/Temple Basin and Craigieburn, visiting Queenstown, Wanaka, Christchurch and Lake Tekapo along the way.

There are so many great pistes to visit including Porters - a club field with heaps of off piste and one of the largest vertical drops in New Zealand. Craigeburn offers wide open powder bowls and narrow shoots and Cardrona offers wide open slopes, off piste and world renowned ski parks with jumps, rails and an Olympic half pipe.

The Snow Odyssey combines the Snow Safari and Snow Explorer tours to cover the best of the South Island. The tour is best for intermediate and advanced riders due to the nature of the terrain and the nutcracker tow ropes.

• Small groups of 8 per tour
• If you would like to upgrade your room from a dorm share to a private room you can do this at the checkout. Please note only 1 upgrade is required if you are travelling in twos
• A small bus is used with a trailer to transfer your luggage & gear
• If a mountain is closed due to poor conditions you will go to a different mountain if possible. Otherwise you will be refunded for your day pass
• The tour is suitable for intermediate & advanced skiers & snowboarders due to the terrain & nutcrackers
• Rental equipment is high quality. You will be issued with your gear on day 1 to use for the duration of your trip
• A “rope tow” is a type of ski lift in which skiers/boarders are pulled up a slope while grasping a looped, endless rope some driven by a motor & other with the use of a nutcracker
